Hard Rock Hotel
The Iconic Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, Florida, was completed in 2019
Our Contribution
Siemens Industry, Inc., Building Technologies Division contracted with TFSS for the installation of the building fire alarm system.
Brickell City Center
Brickell City Centre's first phase, including its luxury retail, residential towers, and hotel, was completed in November 2016. The project's initial openings for the hotel and retail areas began in May and November 2016, respectively, with additional phases for office space and residential units also opening in 2016.

The Plaza on Brickell condo complex
The Plaza on Brickell condo complex, a twin-tower development by The Related Group of Florida, was completed in 2008. The development includes the 56-story North Tower and the 43-story West Tower.

Aria Reserve
Aria Reserve is a luxury condominium development by the Melo Group located in Miami's Edgewater neighborhood. It features two 62-story towers and is known for its waterfront residences and extensive amenities. TFSS is installing the Notifier NFS2-3030 Fire Alarm/Voice Communications System provided by Diversifire Systems, Inc.
The Baccarat Residences Miami
The Baccarat Residences Miami is a new, 75-story luxury condominium tower located in the Brickell neighborhood. Developed by the Related Group, it is situated on the waterfront where the Miami River meets Biscayne Bay at 444 Brickell Avenue. TFSS is installing the Edwards EST4 provided by Engineering Systems Technology, Inc.
830 Brickell Office Tower
830 Brickell office tower, an ultra-modern, 55-story commercial skyscraper. It is located in the city's financial district. Sciens/WSA contracted with TFSS for the installation of the building fire alarm system.
Downtown 6th
Downtown 6th is a 58-story residential tower being developed by the Melo Group at 46 NE 6th Street in Downtown Miami. Vertical construction on the building began in early 2025, with an anticipated completion date in the first quarter of 2027. TFSS is installing a Notifier NFS2-3030 Fire Alarm/Voice Communications System provided by Diversifire Systems, Inc.
Five Park
Five Park is a recently completed luxury condominium development located at 500 Alton Road in Miami Beach. As the tallest tower in Miami Beach, its 48 stories offer residents panoramic views of the ocean, Biscayne Bay, and the Miami skyline. The project was developed by Terra and GFO Investments with design by Arquitectonica. Brickell World Plaza
600 Brickell, also known as Brickell World Plaza, is a 40-story, Class A office building in the Brickell Financial District of Miami. Completed in 2011, it is Florida's first multi-tenant, certified
